We ensure that every aspect of your child’s program is overseen and designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The frequency of supervision is tailored to each child’s specific needs to maintain high-quality, personalized care.
- Data Review: Our BCBAs typically review session data on a weekly or biweekly schedule. This allows us to look for meaningful patterns, adjust goals upward when skills are mastered, or tweak the teaching approach if progress stalls.
- Direct Observation and Coaching: The BCBA regularly observes the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) during sessions to ensure treatment fidelity. This means they verify that programs are being run exactly as intended and provide real-time coaching to the RBT when unexpected behaviors arise.
- Individualized Intensity: Supervision intensity is flexible. Some children may require more frequent, hands-on observation to fine-tune techniques, while others who are progressing smoothly may have less frequent, targeted check-ins.
We prioritize transparency and open communication. You will receive regular written updates and have dedicated progress meetings with the BCBA to discuss what is working, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your child’s breakthroughs together.
