What Information is Included in Aba Therapy Progress Reports for Parents?
At Heart Core ABA, families receive detailed progress reports every week that provide a clear and transparent look at their child’s development. These reports are designed to be easily understood and go well beyond generic updates. Each report includes visual graphs showing skill acquisition in areas such as communication, self-help goals, and daily routines. They also incorporate the raw data recorded by RBTs during therapy sessions, along with a personal narrative from your BCBA that interprets the data, highlights what is working, and outlines upcoming goals.
Before you receive them, every report is reviewed and signed off by your BCBA. Families can access these updates through a secure parent portal or via email. These reports are delivered with enough time for you to review them before your weekly parent check-in, where you can discuss the findings with your BCBA and coordinate ways to reinforce skills at home.
