How Often are Aba Treatment Plans Updated for Progress?

Updates and communication regarding the treatment plan occur through the following methods:

- Regular Team Meetings: Adjustments to the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) are made during regular team meetings. This ensures that the plan evolves alongside the child rather than waiting for a problem to arise before making changes.
- Continuous Data Tracking: Progress is monitored in real time using measurable methods such as frequency recording. The BCBA uses this ongoing data to refine the plan as the child progresses.
- Ongoing Collaboration: Because the process is collaborative, parents can discuss adjustments with their BCBA at any time if goals need to shift. The BCBA will clarify the timeline for these shifts and explain how current data is driving those specific decisions.
