How are Rbt Sessions Supervised by a Bcba?
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) sessions are supervised through a collaborative model involving both direct and indirect oversight by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Direct Supervision
The BCBA provides hands-on oversight by observing therapy sessions in real time, either in the home or via secure video. Per the standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), this occurs for at least 5% of all direct therapy hours each month. During these observations, the BCBA:
